Your first visit
Come in gym clothing, ideally something that gets to the skin at whatever is bothering you, so we can start straight away with heated myofascial tools. If it’s not feasible, we can start off the skin. Shorts if a leg complaint, preferably not a skirt. There is a bathroom for changing before and after if needed.
If two of you are coming in, I prefer each to book their own appointment. If the patient is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must remain present for the entire visit and sign all necessary paperwork.
What can I do for you?
We start with your biggest issue, regardless of how long it’s been there.
Necks that will not turn, and shoulders. The band between the shoulder blades. Headaches and tension. Low backs and hips that have hurt for years. Sciatic pain. Legs, feet and hands — including plantar fasciitis.
Then we look for its friends — our enemies.
We dig in so we don’t miss anyone. That’s what the time and an extensive tool kit get us.

You can plan your day around your appointment
Patients tell me I’m the only doctor they worry about being late for. One patient at a time — your appointment starts on time and ends on time.
By the hour, $149, you choose how many.
One major complaint per hour. A full spine adjustment is part of it if you want one. If you want that same depth in more than one area, book two — spread too thin, the work doesn’t hold as well.
One price for your time. We do what is necessary — adjustment, myofascial release, cupping, body tempering, percussion. Nothing billed by technique.

Self-pay
I do not take insurance, and I do not work with third-party payors — no workers’ comp, no auto claims, no billing anyone but you. Not VA or Tricare either — I am not in network and my style of practice does not qualify. This is a self-pay office. I work for you and you pay me.
Which means nobody outside this room decides what happens in it. No pre-authorization, no billing code dictating the technique, no visit limit set by someone who has never seen you. Nothing arrives in the mail weeks later.
You schedule and prepay online, so the appointment is all that is left. There does not have to be any business during your visit — unless you want to book the next one while you are here.
