Maintenance care · Newport News, VA

Invest in the only machine you get.

This investment pays dividends for years. It is not a quick check-up. You get a full hour or two with your personal body mechanic. You do not need an injury, and you do not need a goal.

What it means

Maintenance does not mean something is wrong.

It does not mean you are broken. It means we work to keep something from going wrong.

Maintenance care keeps you doing what you want to do, at any age: keeping up with your children, managing a demanding schedule, enjoying the things you love.

The machine

The machine you live in.

I see the body as a machine. Machines that get looked after keep working. You do not get another one, so look after this one.

Better I find it before it finds you. That is what I say in the office, and I mean it literally. What I find on a maintenance visit may be the thing that would have brought you in later.

Putting a lot of load on the machine? That has its own page: Sports.

The visit

Hands on the whole time.

One doctor for all your care here, long enough to find what is there. I am in Newport News two weeks a month, and you choose how many hours you book.

An hour spent on you. If you are used to putting everyone else first, that is the part that takes getting used to.

“Been coming here for years and it’s been amazing! He really pays attention to what you need and does so much more than basic chiropractic work. Absolutely come here if you need any help!”
