New Patients

Thank you for considering our office to help achieve your goals.

We schedule a full hour for the initial consult and to help save time we provide you with the ability to download and fill out most of the paperwork ahead of your schedule. To help save even more time, depending on your area of complaint, wear into the office or bring clothing with you that does not contain any metals (zippers, snaps, etc.) in case we need to take x-rays. Of course we have gowns if necessary. If you have X-rays taken in the last year, you should be able to call the location where they were taken and request a copy, if possible pick up prior to your scheduled appointment and bring with you. Since we take digital X-rays, a disk of images will work just fine. We look forward to helping you.
